Our advanced production facility is equipped with nine industrial mixers, including both paddle mixers and high-dispersion mixers. This versatile setup enables us to manufacture a wide range of products, from high-performance interior paints and durable exterior coatings to heavy textured finishes and specialist pastes. Our mixing vessels range in capacity from 200 litres to 800 litres, with a minimum batch size of 120 litres, allowing us to accommodate both development-scale and larger production runs with efficiency and flexibility.

The manufacturing process begins with rigorous raw material inspection and precise weighing to ensure formulation accuracy. Materials are introduced into the appropriate mixing system based on product specification, where controlled dispersion and blending achieve optimal consistency, stability, and performance characteristics. Throughout production, in-process quality checks are conducted to maintain strict standards. Once approved, products move to our filling lines, which are capable of handling pack sizes from 0.25 litres up to 20-litre pails, ensuring flexibility for retail, trade, and industrial markets.
